Project background

Shandong AORE Laser Technology Co., Ltd. required a complete and stable automation drive package for enclosed high-speed exchange-platform cutting machines, sheet-and-tube laser cutters, GR/PG/S series laser cutters and laser tube-cutting machines.

Customer requirements

The transmission layer needed four-axis synchronization, repeatable positioning and stable cutting accuracy during long periods of continuous operation.

Delivered solution

HCFA servo motors and TECHMECH precision gearboxes were combined into an automation drive solution to support responsive, synchronized and accurate multi-axis motion.

Project results

A complete drive package was formed for multiple laser-cutting product lines, supporting high-speed and high-precision cutting. Quantified cycle-time, accuracy and acceptance data remain to be added.
